This fascinating museum is full of exhibits on the evolution, history and technology of air travel. There is an abundance of airplanes on display, including an impressive Wright Flyer replica. There are military craft in addition to the private aircraft. When weather permits visitors can also tour planes that are located outside on the tarmac.
4. Carowinds Amusement Park
There are plenty of thrills to be had at Carowinds amusement park, including stage shows, water rides and roller-coasters. There is also a dinosaur exhibit that enables you to experience a Mesozoic setting featuring detailed animatronic. Boomerang Bay is a water park where you can swim. And they even have a pet kennel if you need your beloved family pet watched while you enjoy the attractions.
